Well we started to notice a water puddle on the floor by the washing machine And thought that the machine had seen it's last days. We removed it and put in a new one and ten minutes later her is a puddle on the floor. So i make sure all the fittings are tight and not leaking. So my next move is to cut the water soaked wall open. I find the base 2x6 is soaked and the sheet rock is soaked from the floor all the way to about three feet. I can not find any leaks so we cut the wall open to the left of our first hole (good call Mark) so there it is a leak in the copper manifold. Next to the pipe is the biggest and ugliest thing of mold growing out of the floor. It looked like Sasquatch. Or Miles Hair the old pro rodeo bull fighter.
Well today I was supposed to tear out a tub shower combo in a condo in Phoenix so my Marble guy could put the walls up on Tuesday. Lucky for us the condo owner had to reschedule for next Monday. So i spent the day demoing the walls out and fixing the copper pipes, Lucky for us we know a couple good Plumbers.HA HA. The green color on the pipes show that it is leaking in that spot. the photos with the plastic tarps and blue tape is for containment of the mold so we do not get sick from mold spores. This kind of mold is very very bad for anyone to breath in.

We will give it a couple days to dry out and we will seal the boards up to kill the mold and redo the walls so by Christmas we will be ready to party. I will post more photos as we progress in the job.
